To make troubleshooting as smooth as possible, we'll need a well-lit area to work. Please also make sure all the devices involved are turned on and ready (like your laptop and printer, if that's the issue). It's really helpful if the person who knows most about the problem can be there to explain what's happening and answer our questions.

We use Google Meet to connect virtually. There is no need to install an application, it runs in another tab in your web browser. If the issue is on your computer you can join the meeting from your computer and share your screen. I recommend reviewing the documentation to learn how to join a meeting.

We're happy to serve you! If you're located within San Joaquin County, there's no charge for travel time. For those outside the county, we find that remote meetings are often the most efficient way to resolve issues. If your situation requires an in-person visit, we'll gladly discuss travel fees based on your location.
-
We specialize in service and troubleshooting, not product sales. If we determine during a session that a new part is required (like a monitor or charger cable), we'll assist you in finding it online (e.g., Amazon, Walmart). We'll then schedule a follow-up visit to complete the repair once the part arrives.
